We always try to produce and deliver items quickly and efficiently by one of the methods described below. Typically in most popular FASTRAX products eg vests, shorts and running tops delivery may be possible within a few days. However, at busy times eg around the time of say the London Marathon, Great North Run..............(specify) and for Custom Designs delivery may take a little longer. For these .......(situations?) allow around .... (6 weeks? for delivery) As a guide we try to deliver Custom designs within ............... weeks and will do all we can to meet that objective - but we cannot guarantee it. Always try to place your order early and if you need it by a specific date please make that clear to us at the time of your initial enquiry/placing the order. If we can't meet your deadline we will be 'up front with you' and tell you the best we feel we can do.

All Fastrax products are sold to clubs/teams at a special price. For this reason we request that orders MUST be placed by a nominated/designated/dedicated person in your organisation who we refer to as the Club Contact. However, especially in the case of large clubs you may nominate more than one Club Contact. We do not normally accept orders from individual club members for club kit ... but see Why Choose Fastrax (link) for benefits to individual members. You can place your order in one of two ways:

By Telephone

You can discuss or place your order with one of our staff by ringing 01943 601581 at any time between 10am and 6pm each weekday.

Jo(anna) Fricker is in charge of our clubs department and is the person you will normally speak to.

Outside of these times you can leave a voicemail message giving us your name, telephone number and a brief description of your requirements and we will call you back at the first available opportunity. There are no staff present on Saturdays and Sundays.

You can send an e.mail detailing your requirements to Jo. Her e.mail address is jo@completerunner.co.uk When sending your message please ensure that you "request an acknowledgement by selecting ................... on your computer before sending the message.


All prices include VAT.

Pre-payment is required on the first order from all new customers. We will provide you with a proforma invoice detailing all items including goods, set-up and print charges where appropriate. Thereafter we will invoice orders on the basis that they are paid in full within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Club contacts are asked to liase closely with their treasurer/accounts department to ensure that we receive payment within this period.

We also accept payment by credit/debit card but make a charge of £0.00 for this.

Cheques should be made payable to ?.?. We find it helpful if you either return a copy of the invoice(s) with your payment or alternatively write the numbers of the invoices to which the payment relates, on the back of the cheque. We do not acknowledge receipt of payment.

We can also accept payment by BACS. Please ring ................ to arrange this.


Charges vary according to the type of service requested and or the value of the order.

We still use the Post Office for smaller items but many orders are now sent via our courier FASTWAY.

Standard delivery by Fastway is usually within xxx hours of despatch at a cost of £x.xx but next day delivery is available on request at an extra cost. If you require items urgently please tell us the date by which you require them when placing your order.
